Refund Policy

Order Cancellation & Returns Policy (Updated: November 20, 2024)
All customers have the ability to cancel their orders within 48 hours of submission if they send a message to our support email below with their order's confirmation number, full name, and the email you used at checkout. After 48 hours we cannot cancel your order.

Christmas Arrival Deadline (2024)
US orders placed via Standard shipping by 12/8 or via Expedited shipping by 12/10 will arrive before Christmas. At this time, unfortunately, we can't guarantee International orders will arrive before Christmas.

  • Christmas Arrival UPDATE (2:57pm PT @ 12.6.24): Unfortunately, due to the demand, we can no longer guarantee future orders will arrive before Christmas in the US or International destinations.

Damaged Product or Shipping Issue
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged parcel included so that we can review the issue and make it right. 

Shipping problems – such as a parcel lost in transit – are usually spotted and the item is reshipped by our fulfillment service provider automatically, but feel free to send us an email if you encounter such an issue that you'd like clarity on


Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are certain types of items we cannot accept as returns, no matter what. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

If something terrible has happened (yuck!) and it's our fault or the fault of one of our providers, we'll refund your order or reship a replacement item to make up for it. Rarely will we request an item be shipped back to us; instructions will be provided if we do. 

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@lootacy.com.

We never want anyone to be unhappy with something they've ordered from Lootacy. If something has gone awry, please reach out to us via email (support@lootacy.com) or on Discord and we'll do everything we can to fix the issue to your happiness.
